I have these amazing feelings for my friend and I fantasize kissing her for long periods of time and grabbing her butt. I care about her a lot and think about her everyday. I believe that I love her. I don't fantasize having sex with her. I wouldn't want to. I just want to show her how much I love her when I am with her. She doesn't feel the same and she treats me like I don't even exist.

It would seem like you are perhaps young and are developing the future you. It's good to feel close to people, I've been where you are as far as wanting to be close, and be affectionate with someone.
Pleae so not think that it's not normal to be that way. Because it's definitely normal. Sex will come from what you describe if it is accepted by that other person that you are acting out what you described. It's a sexual thing to grab someone's butt in that way. You don't have to look at it that way, but I believe that you are allowing yourself to feel what you feel, and your are allowing yourself to acknowledge it instead of fighting against it.

It sounds like you have a school girl crush (though you don't say how old you are). These feelings are natural, but since she treats you as if you don't exist, then why do you call her a friend?
That is not what friendship is about.
That doesn't mean that she has to feel the same as you do, but if she is treating you that way then I would just leave her alone.
It may sound harsh, and may well be hard to do, but I wouldn't want to be around someone who treated me as if I didn't exist.

been there done that i am 33 and just had my first crush on a woman i have always considered myself straight and am currently married to the same man for 14 plus years and 3 children my female friend and i almost kissed once and i ended up on the other side of the parking lot she had a girlfriend and me married and i don't think about sex with her either but it is just crazy none of my friends know that i have a crush on a woman i know they would not understand my husband doesn't get it i don't even think i understand it totally i think maybe when you fall in love with someone it is not just about sex and i do not think gender would make a difference in a great while either you love someone or you don't but at least you got a friendship with her and just enjoy that for now and maybe one day you can tell her how you feel and she may let you kiss her but untill then hang in there and who knows ...........

I think its best you try and occupy yourself with other things and stop thinking about her so you dont end up really hurt in the end.
She doesnt deserve your love if she treats you like that.
