It could be caused by a number of things, from wheel bearings, tie rods (steering), ball joints, "yes the rack and pinion", to the tires themselves (bubbles developing or tread separation...

Sounds like shocks or struts bad , However you have a sway bar on the front also on most cars you didn't,t say year and model,Jack it up and look at your struts and or shocks look for ware shiny spots. Good luck

It could be bump in tire, or shitty tires, not enough air, also speed can say alot when this happens. More than likely it's the Aliment

Shocks are most likely. They are designed to keep wheels on road even going over bumps.

could be a number of things. bubble on the tire. Worn out tie rod ends, problem with the rack & pinion. have a mechanic check it out

It sounds to me like your tires need balanced and you need an alignment.

take it in for aligment,they will make a visual inspection, an You will know for sure.
