Yes they can! they WIll !!!!!!!!! The whole country is awaiting their victory!!!!! Austrlia had'nt played with Sri Lanka for the last 14 months exept the last game at the world cup (WITHOUT ITS KEY PLAYERS)sO THE world CUP IS ours!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I don't think Sri Lanka will win, but I hope they do put up a good fight. The disadvantage for Sri Lanka is that although they have dangerous bowlers, their batting is not as reliable. One guy will perform, but the partnerships are not there when required.
Australia don't have such an imbalance, they are strong in both bowling and batting. Also, no team has been so consistent in winning. As long as Hayden is at the crease, it'll be hard work for Sri Lanka. Although, even if he gets out, the next batsman is still great.
If Australia win, it'll be their 3rd win in a row, but 4th overall. I hope Sri Lanka win though, they've played brilliantly, and it would be nice to see a change.

I hope that Sri Lanka will win it but they are the under-dogs and Australia have played better cricket so far. Therefore, Australia might win it.

SL are full of confidence & will power right now. They have potential to bridle the wild horse - Aussies. If they succeed, it will be their second WC triumph. However, for Aussies it will the third, most by any cricket playing nation by far.
