As stated in the previous answer, don't forget there are two. I think you might have meant World Championships.
World Championships start this weekend in Russia. All Team Canada games are on TSN, starting early Saturday morning. If you are in the US, I suspect you wont get many live games.

I believe the actual "World Cup" is every 4 years. The last being 2004 so next would be 2008.

As far as I know there are no plans for one. Technically it should be in 2008 I don't think one is planned for then either.
Not sure what these other people are answering yes for - maybe the the IIHF World Championships? That's not in the summer nor is it the world cup.

yes and it will be good this summer because it will not include any Cry Baby's like Sidney Crosby!
