I have a 2006 CBR 600 RR. I realized that when my bike is off it wont move in fisrt gear any more! When my bike is on everything is fine, there's no gringing, the clutch is smooth. Could it be a problem or should i not worry about it?

Yep, clutch drag.

The oil and clutch plates are cold and are literally sticking together. It's normal.

It's such a common thing that due to the dead engine starts that are common in hare scrambles and GNCC's you'll notice riders clipping or holding the clutch lever in after they shut the bikes off after warming the engines but before the start of the race. This keeps the plates from getting back together and sticking, which puts drag on the engine and could hinder starting it while in gear.

You need to adjust your clutch cable. The lever should have just a little play, 1/10 - 1/8 of an inch (0.100 - 0.125). So loosen the lock nut on the clutch lever and turn the cable clockwise until that is within the range, tighten the lock nut. Start your bike and see if it works well. It is a common problem that can cause you to burn out your clutch plates.

Remeber when the bike is off but you're in first gear, it's going to be hard to move the bike no matter what, because you're turning the engine over.

when the bike is switched off move the bike foward and backwards whilst pulling the clutch and try shifting the gear. that should work and don't worry bout it.

Does the clutch lever feel limp and not activate until pulled in halfway?
The clutch may need to be bled.

ZICO YOU don't know what you're talking about..

it's called clutch drag.. synchros aren't spinning when the bike is off.. it can still move, just more difficult. Also, could be warped front rotors, listen to hear a whisping sound..
