depends on if it is big enough for you, if you want to get a bigger place, and where it is, location is key. If you plan on staying in the same area, and 30,000 dollars, gets you what you're leaving , there is no point of making the change. If you cant find another place that you like, then dont sell.
Because you may have flipped your trailer house, and brought it up to the value it is supose to be, and finding another house at the same rate, and having to fix it up, may not be a valuable choice, you may be loosing money.
But if the value of it now is higher than the average asking price, for something better, then you may want to make the sale.
I know here in this part of connecticut you aren't going to find a trailor home for much less than 35,000 to 80,000 dollars, even a one bedroom condo is close to 100,000 dollars.
so 30,000 would be a value deal here, but you wouldn't find another one for 10,000 that could be dollied up to 30,000.
but i know down south and other parts of the country 10,000 is average asking price for a trailer home.
