There is a lottery in the UK, as said above, if its an email...its a scam. Unless you personally bought a ticket and have checked the numbers via the National Lottery Camalot headquarters, dont fall for it.

If it's an email, sorry, but it's fake. I've received these before too, and you can bet that if you didn't go out and buy a ticket for it, all they want is:
1. Your personal information to steal your identity.
2. They will eventually say that you need to send them money for a variety of bogus reasons. Bottom line... if you've won money from a contest, they don't need any from you if they are legit!
3. The worst ones will even say that you need to travel to a location to claim your prize. There is no telling why they want you there, but you can bet that it won't be to give you money!
Sorry that it wasn't real!
