so... i randomly had a 2nd period this month due to weird side effects of the morning after pill.... so my cousin has 3 extra birth control pills and i dont want to be on m period while camping this weekend.. today is thurs.. so if i start takin the pills will they end my period quicker?

NO. The extra hormoes could actually make it even more screwy. Just leave it alone!

I'm sorry to say but birth control pills doesn't end your period quicker when your first starting... When I took birth control pills the first month, I was on a light period for the entire month... Sometimes this is a side effect of beginning birth control pills... But then again it all depends on how your body reacts to it.

No definately not. The extra hormones will simply mess up your body and it is too late to stop your period, the pill only makes periods shorter/lighter/more regular if taken for the whole of your cycle. You could possibly get something from to dr's that will make it lighter and easier to deal with. Apart from that take plenty of tampons/towels and have a good weekend!! x

hell no thats going to miss ur body up why r u taking other people pills stop living the fast life before u end up with a baby wear condoms or get on the shot

it is NOT your birth control pills!

by the way how does she have "extra"?????? she should be taking one a day every day at the same time each day!

they wont do anything in 3 dasy of the pills so dont take them and just wait for your period to be over

No. If you already started your period, then it will go until all the tissue/blood is flushed out.
