She's a girl mouse !Does she need shots? I need a name for her.?

She's gray and white belly. I can't think of a name ???????

There aren't vaccinations for mice :-)

My girl mice were called Bee, Lal, Liza and Bo. Only Bo is left now. Bee was grey and white. I like small, pretty names for mice as they are small and pretty creatures.

Mouse health is maintained by good husbandry (general care) and nutrition. You need to get proper mouse food from somewhere like Petsmart, not any old rodent food. Rat food is useful too, it was the only thing available for mice before specific mouse food came out. I suggest feeding mix AND nuggets so the mouse gets nice variety without missing out on nutrients. I'm afraid mice do tend to reek - 1 or 2 isn't so bad, but when I had 4 I had to clean the cage completely at least twice a week.

Make the cage is as big as you can afford with lots of toys, especially a wheel! Mice have wicked amounts of energy!

If you want her to live a long and healthy life you need to take her to a vet. If you don't than she can catch a disease just from the air because her immune system is not strong and she can die or even spread the virus to people that touch her. Don't take any chances. Call her "La La", "Princess","Beautiful", if she likes to cuddle next to you when you hold her then call her "Cuddles"
