I was really impressed to see Hillary speak at a rally protesting the pay gap between men and women. It's definitely something that needs to be addressed.
I don't care what the gender of my president is, as long as he/she is well-qualified, competent, and ethical.

I have no problem with a woman Pres, Maggie Thatcher was a good leader for the UK. I don't think Hillary Clinton is right for the job, unless you want to turn the US into a socialistic welfare state.

Many nations have already had a female president or prime minister. There is nothing that prevents a woman from being a good president..

It's about time. We finally have a very qualified woman running for the presidency. I hope the American people will be intelligent enough to recognize this & move on to the 21st century.

Here is an idea....we place everyone on a secret ballot....they speak to issues that concern us and we read them to understand their views. We do not put on them who they are...what race they are...what gender they are....etc..... Wouldn't it be fun to see who we picked and let them get on with business. Should not be a race or gender issue. If they are qualified and capable and meet all criterion for running I say go for it.

My view?
I don't care if they are woman, man, hermaphrodite, black, yellow, plaid, poka-dot, or striped; if they are qualified, and they can be honest and not kowtow to the lobbiests and the whining groups, then they have my vote!

I'd vote for a woman, but not for Hillary. What has she done to warrent your support? She's too divisive, has too much negative baggage, and I won't vote for a carpetbagger.

I'm ready for us to go for it... I just pray that the RIGHT person is elected - regardless of gender. ...But a woman would be wonderful!
