GoogleAds work really good! Try other services similar to that.

Use meta tags relevant to the site, try to repeat many times keywords into the text, use real links instead of javascrip ones (or even worse a full site in flash. That's invisible to search engines), possibly the key words should be into H1 tags, to give them more relevance. Like that, it will get some good placing by itself.
