Personally, I'd think that the event or person portrayed in the painting would be of more significance than its dimensions.

It would depend on the subject I supose. But the proportion is one you can get from a pentagon. The proportions of the rectangle at the drawing are 1:1539 which is really very close to 130:200.

Is that the proportions of the Golden Rectangle?

(I think in inches and feet, so I can't translate to meters...)
