Your best friend with a box of tissues, a tube of ice cream, 2 giant bars of chocolates (one each), some chick flicks and and all night talk session.
After talking it out with your best mate and get all the feel good hormones going with the sugar you will feel a bit mpre at ease but you will still get that sinking feeling in your heart for some time after, but it does become less and less. Till one day you find yourself day dreaming about that guy across the room.
Hope you feel better soon, I've been there

Good friends, lots of wine ( if you are old enough ) Dressing up, putting on a brave face and going out. But most importantly finding someone to fancy. That way every time you feel a bit down you can just fantasise about the new person, and how great life could be with them, even if they don't know your name!

Time! and friends as well
I had my heart broken last Sep and was crying for months, and promised after New Year I won't cry for the guy any more, then met another person who made me feel really special and his family welcomed me so warm and it was a really nice r/ship which made me forget the guy who broke my heart...
Unfortunately it didn't last again but at least made me forget the previous one.

JB Weld, works greak, got to give it time to set up though, make sure both pieces are clean and dirt free before applying the mixture. After drying alllow 10 - 15 hours before use of the heart is allowed.

Some chocolate, ice cream, a bubble bath, a phone call to a friend, non-romantic movies, a cappuccino, shopping.
Most of all, TIME & CONFIDENCE. Allow yourself some time to heal your heart. Get out there are put on a confident face.
Feel better! <33

Time. It will pass. Whatever was meant to happen, will happen. Go out with friends, have fun. Don't spend your life thinking about your heart. Follow your heart, and it will lead you to the right place.
Good luck!

For me, getting out there with the girls and having a laugh, throw yourself into being single, and take advantage of not having to worry about anyone else, because someone else will come along in the end. Above all, it takes time to heal i'm afraid. xx

TIME!!!! It really does, but in the meantime keep yourself occupied by going out. I know it maybe hard but you'll feel better than you ever have. Enjoy youself. Like they say, people that are in your past are there for a REASON! =] Hope everything goes well

dont listen to any love songs that will only make things bad and dont think about the person that broke your heart at all. all to u got to do is think of fun things and let every thing jus go and you would be good to go.
