Using the Law of sines:

75 degree/a = 30 degree/4cm => a = 10cm = b

Edit: Sorry forgot the sines. How embarrasing.

sin (75)/a = sin (30)/4 <=> a = sin(75)*4cm/sin(30) = 7,727

You may use the law of sines

sina/A=sinb/B=sinc/C

sin 75/x = sin 30/4

x= 4(sin 75)/ (sin 30)

x= 7.7274 cm for both unknown sides
