How long did you date before you told each other you were in love and how long before you married?

my wife told me she loved me 6 months of dating... I was going through a divorce,(1st wife didnt want responsibilities) but we dated for almost 2 yrs before getting married

Ours happened very quickly, I was a junior and he had just graduated, we were together for about a month when we started saying "i love you", we were inseparable, he left for the navy 3months later and we were married as soon as he got out of boot camp, so three 3 months after he left, we were together a total of 9 months before we got married, it will be 5 years and we're still going strong with now 3 kids..i was 17 and he was 19..

we were very spontanious i guess we were good freinds in hs before though but never thought about dating each other we got together after highschool we knew and told each other we love each other after a month.
we dated about 4 mons before i moved in with him. i was pretty much at his house all the time anyways. we lived together for a year before geting married. he joined the army so we kinda had to marry to stay together we both were a lil skeptical about marriage but we did it anyways it wasnt a big weding or anything just the court room.
some say after marriage your relations ship changes greatly ours pretty much stayed the same we still act like teens in love all the time we are a lil moore thoughtfull of each other but thats it.

but I loved him after the first date :-)
Have been dating 2.5 years, Engaged just two weeks ago, will marry in 2008, so 3.5 years until marriage
Everyone is different though, it depends on your relationship you really can't place a timeline on these feelings or such a huge step in your relationship

There is no time limit on something like this, it depends on the people and how they feel and what type of relationship they have. You won't be able to just pin point a time limit on love it just doesn't happen this way. I tell you what though, when you are in love, truly in love, your heart will let you know when you tell someone that you love them and it will progress from there but don't rush things, let them happen naturally.
