Absolutely not, the ISS should be used for reseach as intended. If we are going to send up millionaires and celebrities on a regular basis, someone should build a "Space Hotel" for that purpose.

No. He needs a great deal of support equipment and a number of people to assist him at all times. There is no way to take all that up to the Space station. He will be limited to a short suborbital flight.

NASA has high standards of physical condition to go into space--for good reason, it's tough on the body. I don't think they should make an exception for him, even though he is genius.

His body is also quite fragile, so the abuse that it would take durning takeoff, exiting the atmosphere, rentry, and landing. It would be to much for him.
