He is a know-it-all type, and he likes to take control of everything... I mean every big thing, he doesnt care about the small things... He told me his ex-gf told him that he should find someone who can accept that... when we hang out in a pub, if he meets some guy he likes to talk to, he would ignore all my hints to stay there talking and drinking even if I get really wild... He would insist on doing things in his way or no way... and he always considers himself as being fair and treats me equal... I wonder that are there many controlling men? b4 I thought it was sexy and made me feel more like a woman... but sometimes its really hard to tolerate....

Careful, men like this only get worse with your accepting of thier behaviour. The more you accept of this, the more he'll deal out. Perhaps it's time to let him go boss someone else around and take control of your own life again. Controlling men can be very dangerous, be care honey.

There are some but whatever the age it always really means one thing. It is an inside sense of insecurity.

See his ex dumped him because he couldn't treat her with respect. He has to keep uou in sight? He is afraid that what will happen is that you will start talking to other people. People who will make you realize that other boyfriends don't treat them like they are not a person.

A real man treats a women with respect and is thankful that she cares for him. A real man wants to make her happy..... that the whole point is to be in a relationship. So get rid of him and find a real man. You will look back one day and wonder why you ever put up with it.

In today's world men are not expected to make you feel like a "woman " being that you are equal to man now . Man is equal to man wouldn't you think it funny if your husband sorry boyfriend was trying to make his friend in the bar feel like a man . The guys you went out with before your boyfriend was just going through matting ritual in the end they would have turned out the same way .

Tell him he's right. All the time. Everytime.
So much that it will bother him because he knows it can't be sincere. But he can't lay his finger on it because you keep saying he's right.

If you go against him, all his energy is directed towards fending off the attack; and not a nanosecond is spent on self-reflection. He can't pause to think because he's under attack.

So tell him he's right.
It might (just might) cause him to stop and think for a second to see if he actually IS right.

red flag---think about this...if it is hard for you to accept now...it will not get easier after the marriage or in time...

If this is unacceptable to you---move on...or accept that this is how your life will be
