If the garmet has been washed and dried by heat, you may be out of luck. Here are things to try for cranberry:
Cranberry Juice
Apply 3% hydrogen peroxide, let sit for 4 hours if necessary, blot and rinse with clear water. Try again with 3% hydrogen peroxide plus household ammonia and blot. Rinse with clear water and blot dry.
If fabric stain is persistent, wet stained area with water. Apply small amount of detergent/water solution, work into stained area and blot. Repeat detergent/ water application until no stain is evident on towel.
Finally I'd try soaking in a strong solution of OxyClean overnight.
Don't put into dryer until you know the stain is gone.

Spray 'n Wash Dual Power. It's the best! My daughter dyed her friend's hair brown and got the dye on her sweatshirt and never told me. After a week of the shirt sitting in the hamper I noticed the stain and put this on it. The shirt came out like brand new. Read the directions before using and don't leave on more than 5 minutes as it may cause color fading. I left it on for hours once by mistake but luckily nothing happened.

Not sure it will work on a juice stain, but the best I've found ever is M30 cleaner. Only place I know to find it is Dollar General if there are any in your area. It's only $1 for a small tub but it lasts a long time. It's sold as one of those heavy duty hand cleaners, but if you rub it in a stain and let it sit, it will get out many things...

actually I make my own laundry soap out of fels naptha. It is a laundry bar soap. When I get a nasty stain like that I just let it soak in the tub of soap for a couple days, clothes come out bright as new and no more stain.... Look online. Do a search for fels naptha laundry soap and you will find a million laundry soap recipies. This is the best laundry soap I have EVER used. and its so much cheaper to use than any of the other detergents!
