There is a lot of data I go after each month and I'd like to automate that process. I would save me an hour every Saturday morning. Is it possible to do this?

It's hard to do with Yahoo since a lot of the data is not in Tablular form. You need to cut and paste.
With Zack's you can get the data in their screener, and then cut and paste into XL (with a little manipulation).
With Telechart software you can download directly into a csv file to import into XL and then slice and dice the data as you wish by setting up links.

You can use the web link tool to save tables from web pages and have them automatically update each time you open the spreadsheet.
I have Excel 2007, but it also works from Excel 2003. Click in the Cell you want the information to map to. Then under Data, select "From External Sources - Web pages". When you get it open, you just need to navigate to the website you want, then select the table from the website. It will pull the information into Excel beginning with the cell that you started from.
