This is actually a nightmare I have....a recurring nightmare and it is awful! I have PTSD from the Gulf war and I saw a lot of death. My nightmare is me standing over a pool which is deep red from blood and there are dead bodies floating in it. I always wake up screaming and wake my wife up, too. It's a terrible way to wake up.

I once had a dream in which I was with an old fling of mine from Germany, whom I'll call Klaus (not his real name). We were visiting India and I was happily swimming with an Indian and discussing the end of the cycle of rebirth in Hinduism. We were staying at a resort that happened to have a laundry area. Klaus met the singer Sting, who happened to be staying there, as well, and became friends with him. Klaus had asked Sting to wash and dry an outfit for me to wear. When Sting was pulling my outfit from the dryer, a pair of women's panties fell out onto the floor. Sting apologized and said that he had also washed some of his wife's stuff. I then flew back to the States and it was like I was watching a movie. The movie dealt with some sort of "Predator"-like creatures, but there was no Schwarzenegger. There was a strange-looking black book with black pages and white letters. It contained some esoteric messages, and even though I had the book, I was afraid to read it, because if I did, I would probably never be the same again.

I had never read science fiction in 1948; I was seven. But I had a recurring dream in color, vivid detail. It involved an alien race being hunted on Earth. They had bat ears, were tall, and could shoot energy fire from their fingertips with sufficient power to bring down an airplane. All they wanted was to be left aone, but they were being forced to run and hide all the time.
I have no idea where the vision came from even now; but I can still see details of it today, nearly sixty years later.

I had one dream where a lot of people were in some house I didn't recognize.. and we were talking about how the kitchen was haunted.. then that dream ended and a lot of other dreams I don't recall happened.. but I do remember that they were good dreams.... in the middle of one of the dreams it was an instant cut screen to a very vivid and realistic dream.. in this dream I was sitting at a table with someone.. I don't know who.. but we were where we could see the kitchen from the earlier dream.... then the microwave came flying off the shelf and was being slammed upward.. over and over and over.. I could feel it hitting and I could hear it as plain as day... then another cut screen and I could see myself laying in bed.. I could see both of the dogs laying there with me and I could see the room around me.. and there above me I could see a ghost.. floating there and pointing at me.. and it was forcing me to yell for some reason.. so in my dream (or so I thought) I was yelling.. I was at that point inbetween dream and reality.. and as it turned out my eyes were open.. I was actually seeing the room around me and I was actually yelling.. and I could see in the real world one of the dogs spring up and come over and start licking me on the face.. which was incorperated into the dream as well... and then the dream broke and I actually got to see the world around me meld from the world of dreams to that of reality.. the room was warped and straightened up.. the ghost melded into the curtains.. it was very odd... now don't get me wrong.. there was no ghost.. I'm a firm believer that there is a supernatural.. but I always knew that this was just a vivid dream.. what was so interesting is that I got to SEE the world of dreams meld into reality.. not with my minds eye, but with my own sight.. it's a very humbling experience towards the power of the subconscious... I suppose I technically had an out of body experience also.. seeing as how I could see myself laying on the bed.. ... well anyway.. I have never had a dream like this before in my life.. it was hands down the most realistic and most powerful dream I have ever had.. I could see all of it, I could feel all of it, I could hear all of it.. in both my dreams and in reality at the same time... ....

I had a dream about the power going out and I woke up in a panic. About 2 seconds later the power went out.

Drempt my ex was running after me with a gun down tunnels. I was next in a refrigerator sitting, there was no door on it and the girl in the refrig next to mine asked if I wanted to play cards. Then I was talking to a monk about whether my American flag had a tray, he said I had to do this by myself, I asked what & he disappeared. I was running again in a cemetary with my ex behind me and woke myself up sobbing big time. Never had a dream quite like that, its stayed with me for years.
