What is up with the memory loss in Washington these days? I think we need to spend some money on testing the water there or maybe they have been eating tainted pet food.

Why is SPC Tillman so important...what about the other Rangers killed with him...how about my friends who were killed when we were in Somalia...where the hell was Clinton? Did he know about it? Why the hell did he not know about it? Maybe he was playing hide the cigar...you Liberals need to realize Friendly Fire happens in every war...it has happened a few times since SPC Tillman's death...you all need to quit using a Soldier's death as a talking point...his family was told he was killed fighting the enemy...he was fighting the enemy, just he was ACCIDENTALLY killed by other Rangers...happens a lot during war time...if you ever served a day in your life you would know the military does not try to make someone seem less important...just remember he would not have gotten his Purple Heart since he was killed by friendly fire...I think it is sad SPC Tillman was killed, but there are 3000 other that have been killed too...but they were not rich football stars were they? I am beginning to view his family in the same light as Cindy Sheehan....SPC Tillman served and died for his country, not a Political Statement or a DNC Talking Point....I lost a friend a few weeks ago...did your hear about it? But SSG Brown does not fit in to your Propaganda because he was not a football star, but a Professional Soldier, NCO, Hero...and volunteered to be there...they are all heros...not talking points...

The shame is in the public's acceptance and allowance of this "I don't recall" excuse. Leaders will try to get away with all kinds of things, but will continue to get away with them as long as they are permitted to. It may seem like a small thing...but when you start tallying the small things, the picture is big and ugly. And if the American public stands by and accepts these answers, then they certainly get the leadership they deserve!

What happened to Tillman was horrible, but instead of Bush bashing try reading a history book and learn that "friendly fire" has happened in all wars. Time to move on or use facts and quit whining about one incident

Do you remember WHEN you learned of Tillmans death? I recall hearing about it when it happened. And I remember when they released the information about it being friendly fire. Dates? Times? No I don't. Most people don't recall details of events that don't personally effect them--and some don't recall details of events that DO effect them personally. EXAMPLE: Number of times Hillary Clinton said "I don't recall" or its equivalent in a statement to a House investigating committee: 50
- Number of paragraphs in this statement: 42
- Number of times Bill Clinton said "I don't recall" or its equivalent in the released portions of the his testimony on Paula Jones: 271
