Your banknote from Turkey is no longer in circulation because it's using the old Turkish Lira currency unit. Turkey has, since January 1st 2005 been using the new currency unit called the "New Turkish Lira". You can still exchange the old lira notes at the Central Bank of Turkey for a period of 10 years from January 1st 2006(the date all old Lira no longer usable), with 5,000,000 old Lira(like the amount on your banknote) redeemable for 5 New Turkish Liras. And currently, 5 New Turkish Liras is around US$3.75. Not worth your time and effort to exchange it, in my opinion. If you have it in crisp uncirculated condition then the banknote is worth several bucks to a collector, else just keep it as a souvenir.

It is now more of a collectors item than anything else. Turkey just redid their currency and got rid of a lot of zeros. This makes the old notes not legal tender any more. I am not sure how long they gave the people to turn in the old notes for the new ones. Turkey now has the new Lira, which there is 1.45 to the dollar, instead of over 565,714 to the dollar. Your bill as a collectors item is worth around $12 or so and up.
