My guess is she feels comfortable with having a real male friend she can talk to without all the tension b.s. My wife and I have gay friends. It's nice sometimes to have a friendship with a member of the opposite gender where everybody isn't playing the 'let me impress you' game.
I wouldn't worry if I were you. People need friends and unless something really wierd is going on here you needn't be concerned with an affair.

If she "PREFERS" the company of gay men over you, then yes, you should be suspicious. I repeat....the key word here is "PREFERS."
BUT you should not be suspicious of the gay men, nor of your wife. Rather, you should be suspicious of YOURSELF. What do I mean by that? Simple.
Your choice or wording is "prefers." This means that she would rather spend more time with her gay friend than with the one with which she took a vow.
This says more about YOUR actions as a husband than it does about her or her gay friend.
Would you be this jealous if she was hanging out with women more than with you? Would you suspect that she was sleeping with her female friends?
What if she spends less time with you, and more time reading Cosmo? Would you be jealous of the magazine, too?
Dude, you are overreacting. But if you feel that her spending time with her friends is interferring with your relationship, then talk with her.....BUT be aware, you cannot and should not tell her that she cannot spend so much time with her gay male friends. She is not property.
You need to look inside you and figure out why you are jealous, and what type of things you are doing that makes her "PREFER" gay men over you.

No, and you answered your own question as to why. It's because you are possessive and domineering of her. I bet you don't really listen to her concerns, feelings, and problems either. I bet when she comes to you flustered about something that you immediately jump in trying to offer a thousand solutions to her problem or you just tell her she's being dumb for worrying about it. As a woman she is attracted to you and loves you romantically and sexually but she cannot relate to you, because you macho straight hetero men just don't get how differently women see the world. Women need people to listen, to just relate and say "yea I've felt that way..." or "oh my God I know I thought that too!" instead of men who just sit stoic and only talk if they have a good reason or a solution to offer. That's why she spends time around him. She is not sexually attracted to him if he is homosexual, I can gaurentee it, and he does not feel that way about her either. Not every man is trying to bone your wife bro.

Nej, not at all. Some of my best hair and makeup tips have come from gay men. They're fun to go shopping with, too! One of my best guy friends is gay as the day is long and he's cattier than any woman I've ever met. We have a blast when we go out together!

I'm gay and some of my longest friendships have been with women. I think it works so well because there is no competition. No you have no reason to be suspicious.

Well yes, it signals a problem in your relationship. She has a problem with you, you need to air it out.
As for gay men, or man, women like us because they can be comfortable around us. We are men who listen, because we don't want into their pants. It's like her having a same-sex friend basically.
But worry as to why she's not preferring your company, work on your relationship.

no need to be suspicious, a lot of women find gay friends really great listeners as they are often more honest than females, thats all.

Of gay men? NO...or are you unclear about the definition of "gay"?
Or maybe she's trying to tell you something?
Could it be she thinks you could learn a little something about how to treat her? Or could it be that she's actually bisexual and doesn't have the heart to tell you because you're such a jealous person?

It's a dream for you! You should buy this guy birthday gifts, and thank him at every opportunity!
Think of the boring crap that she will do with him. Do you really want to be in on it?
