More power to him!!! As long as Waxman is in charge of the Democrat Inquisition they are too busy with these hearings to create any problems, such as pass any legislation increasing our taxes or restricting our rights.

These hearings, set up to embarrass the Republicans at taxpayer expense, are just keeping the legislature from legislating, and that is not necessarily a bad thing.

How many of the six bills passed by the House as part of Nancy's First 100 hours have passed the Senate? I rest my case.

Waxman represents his district just like any other congress person does. Perhaps if he were a few miles a way in Anaheim or Orange he would have a much more conservative viewpoint.
