The Legend of Zorro, it's filled with action (that is not violent), family matters and lots of good comedy moments. It's a great movie for the entire family. You will not be disappointed.
Happy Feet and Monster House are good if you haven't already seen them.
RV is also good.

Check out this site.
movies.2DoNext.com
This is a site I started because I was looking for a good movie to watch also. It lets you rate movies that you have seen then it suggest movies based on those ratings and the ratings of other users who you rate also. Right now there is not very many people using the site because it is brand new. I am open to new ideas use it and have any.
Other than that I suggest watching DVDs of TV shows. They are fun and take a long time to watch.
Stargate SG-1 is my favorite.

I am a sap for romance and action in the same movie. I love Cinderella Man, and Men of Honor. Both received very little play in the theaters, but have great stories with unbelievable acting.
BOTH are based on true life stories.

Watch "King Arthur." The movie is AMAZING. It's action-packed with good acting and a great story. There's even a bit of romance and humour too, so you get the best of three worlds. Trust me; this movie owns.
Others:
"Big Fish"
"For Your Consideration"
