I like the TNT guys most of the time

You have to be kidding with this question unless you base it off of Bill Walton. The rest of the TNT staff has me lol all night long Charles and Kenny are great. You want stand up comedians announcing the games?

if you are talking about the the ones that sit at the game then yes they can b boring. But not all of them. I like to listen to the announcers that have knowledge of the game from a players perspective. ex. Reggie Miller. But Steve Kerr really aggrivates me when he talks.
But the people that i like to watch are at the half-time. Mainly Charles Barkley. He makes me lmao when he says stupid stuff. Who remembers "Peanut Butter Jelly Time"? That was the funniest S%@& i ever saw.
Aside from that. I like to hear Ernie, Magic, Charles, and Kennys ideas and thoughts on the game. Because the y are the ones who have the most experience during a game and can relate to the player much better than the commentators usually do.

I think the stations need to stop hiring former players. A few of them are good, but most of them look like guys who are still re-living their glory days and really believe they could step back onto the court tomorrow and play if they had to. There are also a lot of former coaches.... who provide good insights sometimes, but talk too slow.

I think there needs to be some new announcers, some fresh talent. Sign me up, baby!

No, but i think the lack of defense in the NBA is boring. Just a game of one on one most of the time.

half the time they sound like they are HIGH! I hate watching a game on TNT

Actually, I think they're pretty funny. The camaraderie between Kenny, Charles and that other (Caucasian) guy is what makes it fun to watch.

However, for more "serious" or substantial analysis, give me Hubie Brown anytime. I actually learn something listening to him.

as long as it's not Bill Walton, i don't really care who calls the games. one reason i like TNT is cause Walton never calls the games for them.
