it was because they were doing charity stuff and they wanted to keep everyone on to be nice and next week they will take the votes from this week and next week, and the 2 lowest will go

Did you bother watching when it was announced that the votes from last night and next week will determine which two will be eliminated next week? Last night was Idol Gives Back, a night for giving to 14 different world-wide charities. Pay attention!

It was a charity show. Voting someone off would look to good to the people that helped donate by voting for that person to stay on. Next week will e back on schedule I think.

it was "feel good" and give back night...voting someone off would've ruined the evening for that "idols" fan-base

They said because it was a night of charity, I guess to show everyone how they raised $5,000 when they are making $100 million an episode.
