I read 'Sleepers' when I was about 18-19, I had never really read much before that and it blew me away! I have been an avid reader ever since!
Unfortunately I cant remember the authors name but I'm sure everyone knows the film they made based on the book with Brad Pitt and Kevein Bacon - the film did the book very little justice I might add!
Also Kaitlin is very good aswell by Kevin Lewis!

It's like asking a music lover what his favorite song is. I can't pick just one. I like Tom Clancy, Clive Cussler, Isaac Asimov, the Harry Potter books, daVinci Code (Tom Hanks wasn't a good Robert Langdon, I would've gone with William Hurt or Bill Pullman), Angels & Demons (better than daVinci, I think), a lot of the Star Trek old generation novels (not the series books, but the stand alone novels). I might've said Patriot Games, or Angels & Demons, or the 4th Harry Potter book, or the Star Trek Lost Years, but they're all on even ground. You can't forget Sex by Madonna. Instant classic, although there wasn't much to read.

Bernice rubens - BROTHERS. I`ve read this book twice in 15 years - absolutely brilliant ! A book you`ll never forget and has you in tears all the way thru. 3 or 4 generations of brothers in the same family it takes you thru. I loved it and still have a copy. Sometimes you see it on ebay. She has some other brilliant books - like, "a five year sentence" and " yesterday in the back lane..."
If you`re looking for a good read - look for bernice rubens. x

"Sybil" It is a Book written about a Woman with many Personalities living within herself. She was "Horribly" abused as a Child by Witches and Warlocks. This is Non-Fiction which made it all the better to read.

I really believe the James Frey's Million Little Pieces is the best book for me because it deals with people who have gone to the absolute rock bottom of life and struggling back to a life that moves forward instead of death. I really was disappointed to learn that he misrepresented the book as non fiction when the whole of book was not. But, still the best non fiction for me.
