My kitchen counter-top canisters are empty. What is good idea for things to store in them. I use plastic, tight fitting containers for the typical flour, sugar, etc. (Years ago I cashed my payroll check and put the money in a counter top canister, until I could get to the bank to deposit it. I started getting over-draft notices from the bank and couldn't figure out why. Well, I had totally forgotten to take the cash out and deposit it in bank.)

I use a couple of mine to store those small items (measuring cups, slotted spoons etc) that seem to get lost in the drawers.
