Oasis were terrible. The clothes at the beginning of the 90's were also pretty bad - though nowhere near as bad as the 80's. Most of the British music scene was rubbish.

Green Day. They completely runied what the younger generation considers "good music". And they made it acceptable to be completely talent-less and be in a band.

also, the worst thing was that Grunge ended. I liked the Pearl Jam/Soundgarden/AIC thing.
