1) Israel has never confirmed that they have nuclear weapons. It is supected- but no one has proof. Thus they aren't listed as a nuclear power since no one knows if they are or are not.
2) Israel is one of the most technically advanced states (if not the most advanced state) in the world. Microsoft, Intel, Motorolla and many other firms have their R&D departments in Israel for this reason. Your computer micro-processor- whether AMD or INTEL, was developed in Israel, cell phones are based on Israeli patents, certain core modules in Windows were developed in Israel- and on and on...
Given theit technical knowhow and a nuclear power station of unknown capabilities (nobbody knows how many centrifuges etc they have), if they have nuclear weapons, they developed them themselves.

1) There's nothing to stop Jews from using one of those suitcase nukes in the US.

If this is true it is because the Israeli Jews are surrounded by those who would destroy them and as such have the weapons to strike back in no uncertain manner thus fear of what they have prevents them being attacked and destroyed. The rest of the world do not have any proof of this thing so they can make nor judgment or list.

Um they are. They built them themselves, after all, like 3/4 of nuclear scientist are Jewish.
Doesnt that technically make them Jewclear weapons?
But seriously, they are really small and surrounded by hundreds of millions of Arabs from countries that have attacked them before.
