it should not be use underwater as it will wash away the lub.

Not that it isn't safe, it'll rinse the lubricant off the condom. Probably try having s3x in the water wifout a condom and blast ur sperms into the water? >=D

If you use a silicone based lube on the condom it lasts longer in water rather than water-based condoms. Have fun.

Well obviosly you haven't tried sex under water...it's extrememly difficult due to the resistance. Do yourself and your partner a favor, do it out of water and you wont need to worry about the condom coming off.
