We are using regression in my Political research class and bascially we get a data output sheet with the co-eff, t valve, p etc and have to answer questions about it. Does anyone know of a easy way to do this or website that can explain how to do it? Thanks!!!

I'll just add a little to what flsred said. Logistic regression is used to model a two outcome response variable, usually represented as 0 and 1. In the model, the chance of getting a 1 outcome divided by the chance of getting 0 outcome depends on the other variables in the model. The other variables are other things which are related to the outcome and are of interest in the study. For instance, when taking polls and there's a question with a yes or no response, there may be other factors such as geographic location, family size, or income that may be important to look at. A logistic regression model can be used to model the probability of getting a yes response to the question that depends on geographic location, family size, or any other variables.
