Given what is coming up under Congressional ovesight, impeachment is looking like it might just happen.
This will be due to Bush's war and the mishandling of it and violations of the Constitution. They appear to be in worse trouble than Nixon ever was.

Interestingly, at one time I never believed republicans would ever turn on Alberto Gonzales.
As more proof of criminal activity comes to light, Bush and Cheney are open to greater accountablity.
Lying to the American people is a grave offense in and of itsself.

I honestly don't know. To be honest....the American people only know what those in the news media and government want to tell us. Regardless as to how credible the source is, we never know the complete story or truth.
That being said, from what I DO know...they need to remove EVERYONE in this administration and start over. This is nothing but the good ole boy network run ammuck.

There will be NO impeachment. There is not enough backing in the Senate to make it happen. The only way that Bush/Cheney will leave early is assassination and God help us if that happens again. I think that they are every bit as guilty as Nixon ever was but in Nixon's time there was more support for impeachment in the Senate.
While Senators speak out in the media, behind closed doors and off camera they pat each other on the back and make sweetheart deals.

Doesn't matter if impeachment happens or not, since there aren't enough votes in the Senate to convict, so it's a moot exercise and will only hurt the Democrats if they're dumb enough to try it.
Both will leave office on January 20, 2009.

Yeah, they are going to end their words. As eye-catching because it does sound in theory, impeachment isn't an extremely sensible option, exceedingly this a procedures down the line. that is merely one thing to rally around and make human beings sense stable as against actually tackling problems that would desire to be fastened.

It's a scary thought.
I know that this regime will not go down without a fight. I also know what these people are capable of.
If backed into a corner, who knows WHAT they will do?

You appear to be in trouble. Get a grip on reality. Frankly put, your assumptions are silly.
