it's not the babysitter's dead. I think it's come out within the last 3 years, but not sure. Could be a cable movie put out on DVD

You are right. It was a TV movie and it was
"Family Plan" with Tori Spelling. It was on the Hallmark Channel
Spelling starred as an ambitious woman who pretends to be a devoted wife and mother to impress her family-oriented boss. The sham works until her boss moves next door, causing her to "borrow" a friend’s child and "hire" a husband

Don't Tell Mom the Babysitter's dead was about a teenager (Christina Applegate) who pretends to be older after their babysitter dies and the kids don't want their mom to come back from vacation (so they can roam free). She pretends her brothers and sister are her kids and doesn't get discovered until her mom returns home.
I don't know that this movie is the one you are referring to then though they are slightly similar in plot.
