As another person answered - start by doing the dishes, taking better care of yourself, and the house, your family, those are the little things that will let us know we are appreciated and that our time is valued.
Watch what happens in bed! for some reason men don't get the direct link between dishpan hands and sex....

first of all,put the toilet seat down,do the dishes,do the laundry,help her around the house,clean up after yourself and maybe she will be in the mood,and ask her what she lyks dont assume you know,and good luck,coz if you havent pleased her yet your guna need it!!!
