how do I get the history option on my internet toolbar to show me more than just todays history?

click tools>internet options>general(if not already clicked)
there at the last segment is history option
u can increase the days 2 keep pages in history.

In Firefox, click on the Tools Tab and choose Options.

Then, choose the Privacy Tab and look for the History pane to change the number of days to what you want.

IE has similar controls, but I don't use it, so Choose Tools > Internet Options and search for History.
