I have always bought Delco batteries and they have all lasted at least 7 years.

I am not sure if my answer will help but it's worth a try. I bought a car over a year ago. Since I have used nothing but Wal-mart batteries. BIG mistake!!! I have gone through about six batteries since. I have changed my alternator, terminals, I even check the water in my battery occasionally to make sure there's enough in it. I had always trusted in Wal-mart batteries up until I purchased this car. I have heard that everstart are good batteries and, although, you may get a warranty purchasing them at wal-mart you'd probably be better off getting one somewhere else. Maybe Auto Zone. I am sure they also have warranty's on batteries. Hope this helps.
