normally on the drivers door post, there will be a placard telling you how much weight your vehicle can handle per axle.

There are stickers on the drivers door located an the end of the door where it opens and closes. Those stickers can give you the whole story on how much the vehicle weighs, how much weight it can carry, etc etc...Lacking that go to the owners manual...that also will tell you what the vehicle can handle according to the manufacturers recommendations.
Lacking that go to the Chrysler website, look up your vehicle make and model, and there is the same info there only more detailed...good luck..

we had 6 25 pound bags of salt in the back of ours once. It lowered it quite a bit, but still wasn't to the ground or anything like that. Also we have had about 3 people sitting on the back before and it was fine. So, I would think that you can fit quite a bit back there.

If you open the driver's door, there SHOULD be a placard on the door pillar, stating, amount other things, the GVW (Gross Vehicle Weight).
Subtract the curb weight from the GVW, and that will tell you how much you can add to the vehicle.

I'd limit it to two adult bodies, otherwise you risk staining and not being able to dispose of them at the other end of the journey.
