I trying to find out if i can get into the bios of my video card and if so how do i do it.

You can - Search on the net (or put in your question) the model etc.. of your video card and you will find programs which will let you into the BIOS.

Repost with information about WHICH video card. The answer is different for each.
But most high end video cards come with a utility for configurating them. Check the website of the manufacturer for the documentation of your card.

First of all, what kind of video card you have ? ATI or Nvidia or any other brand ?
Use Nibitor for Nvidia.
For ATI...emmmm...i don't know, i never had ATI.
