It seems you are really confused about facts of your case. Whom do you want to marry? A boy or a girl? If you are a boy & marry another boy then such same sex marriage is neither legally nor socially nor religiously recognized in India. If your mother has objection to any such marriage she is right. If you want to marry a girl then there should not be any problem for you to marry her if she is at least 18 years of age. You can marry her either according to the religious form of marriage to which you two belong or before the marriage officer/ registrar under the Special Marriage Act, 1954. In any case you just have to fulfill the conditions necessary for the form of marriage you two want to go through. As far permission of parents is concerned there is no such legal condition in any form of marriage in India but it’s only a social obligation which for the sake of respect one has to follow but if one fails to do so no legal hazards will occur. I think that there is a point in life when everybody should grow up and become an adult.
With 25 years you are no more a boy, that´s why you should think and act like a grown up man would.
You have a girl friend, right? I suppose she is full of age, because if not you can´t get married with her without her parents consent.
I suppose that you are working and you would be able to make a living without anybodies help.
So, what´s the problem??
Maybe you think it´s easier to live like a boy, so you don´t have to take your own life in your own hands and it´s easier to let decide somebody over you, so if something won´t turn out what you expected it´s easy to say that it´s not your fault, because others made the decision for you...
Grow up and talk seriously about your future with your girl friend and if she agrees you should make it clear that you can stand on your both feet and don´t need anybody to decide over your life.
If you both agree to get married so it´s your decision and nobody else has the right to change this.
Family members can wish a lot of things, but that doesn´t mean that they can make YOURS or HERS decisions.
So mature and remember: Being an adult means not only having rights to decide for your own life, it also means to accept responsibilities.

It appears that in your anxiety you have got your genders mixed up, twice referring your girl friend as "him". If both of you really love each other and want to marry, you have to do so without her mother's consent. Go ahead, provided that you are sure that you can support her financially after marriage.

first of all her mother doesnt want her to marry you because you dont speak english correctly... HIM and HER is refering to either a MALE or FEMALE... it was confusing reading your question....
You need to find out why her mother doesnt want her to marry you... what the reason is... try to convince her mother why she should let her daughter marry you... if its because your poor... then find a way to make money ... or get a good job... or get a better education... find ways to show her mother why you are a better candiate for a husband than the other guy..

Get your own life together. You do not choose your family, but you do get to choose your friends. Move away from them and start over if you must. The best way to overcome loneliness is to take charge of your life and be happy with your decisions.

Just tell her mom you really love her daughter and all that. Keep on trying no matter what. Maybe if you keep on knocking on her head she will give up and let you marry her daughter.
