In a sporting context - What does "That was the day we kissed our sisters" mean?

I was watching a tv show the other day, and when talking about a game of basketball etc played back in college he says "That was the day we kissed our sisters". I have heard that this may be referring to a 13:13 draw, but I am unsure. I would love someone to help me out.

"Kissing your sister" is a Draw. Its not a win, but its not a total loss. At least thats what it means, I personally think incest is despicable.
