does anyone know when the second part of pop century resort opens?

we saw they were building the other side of the resort last year when we stayed there and was wondering when it will be finished will it have its own foodcourt and stops for the disney buses

Even though the actual resort opened in 2003, they still don't know when the second phase is going to be done.

So far all I know is that the will cover the Legendary Years from the 1900s to the 19040s and there will be an additional 2,880 rooms.

I'm going to look around a little more, but I am pretty sure no date has been set yet.
