Let's be positive! If they give the photos back, no handcuffs need to click. Remember: People can develop, too!

Only photographers take photographs. That goes for the paparazzi, the studio photographer and you and me when we're on holiday at a wedding or party. Anyone who uses a camera or the photo facility on their mobile is a photographer.
Probably 99.9% of the population could be called a photographer and a photographer takes photographs. There's no crime in that. The problem only arises when the photographer uses his photographs to amass ill-gotten gains.

Uhm, if you cannot accuse a photographer of taking pics - he isn`t doing his job right.

Otherwise, i`m not sure i understand your question.

Hugh Grant is currently being framed by a photographer for assault. I am waiting to see how this develops.

I think that pixel takers can dig ital and noone should try to retouch them in the darkrooms or try to expose them or frame them, its black and white really. I say cheese, just lens then alone to focus on the scene at hand.

its actually depends on situation of two people. One whose photo is taken and second who takes it.If it gives publicity to firsts good image will allow else if gives popularity to first bad image then will neglect. And as for second one.Its their job to bring both on cover. They have to do.
