i think steve bucknor will be one of the field umpire.
the other will be billy bowden or rudi koertzen.
so i think there will be no chance of bad umpiring at the world cup final as in the semis.

I dont think so. However, no umpire in the world, however best he may be, will be able to satisfy all the people as if any decision goes against the team they support, they are likely to look with suspicion.
