There is strong evidence that he did. In fact, after his death, it was revealed that he was a womanizer and had an affair with none other than Marilyn Munroe. Even though he was "sainted" by the then Cardinal Cushing of Boston, he was no saint. However, the Kennedy money kept the archdiocese out of debt and paid for many church endeavors. The Cardinal knew who buttered his bread!!

Yes. But due to his chronic back injury (from World War II) he didn't enjoy the experiences very much (nor did his partners).
