First, you can not major in "premed" it is not a major. you will have to pick some other topic as your major. Most kids choose biology or chemistry or some related area, but you can major in anything you want as long as you get your prerequisites completed. The advantage of doing chemistry or bio as a major is that you then can do well on the MCAT exam which is one of the main qualifiers to get into med school in the US.

Second, all of these schools are very respectable and you can get a fine education at any one of them. They are all rather large schools, though. You would probably have a lot of kids in your classes. This would not be a good set of schools to choose from if you need any extra help or personal attention. You will have some really big classes and there will be a lot of competition for good grades in the tough classes like organic chemistry or calculus.

I personally have kind of a soft spot for NC State, but I dont think it makes much difference which one you choose. All of them are large state universities in small cities. Your undergraduate life would be similar at any of them.
