An individual "champion of the cricket World Cup 2007" is very hard to pick, as Australia are clearly the stand out team in all areas but there isn't one single player who should be considered the best in all fields of play (that you've asked for).
Hayden's clearly the best batsman of the tournament. McGrath's the best bowler, with Murali close behind. Gilchrist is probably the best 'keeper (although none have really stood out consistently in this tournament). Ponting is the best captain, and has possibly been one of the best batsman in terms of rotating strike and co-operating with his batting partners to get the best for the team (although his batting partners were fairly smart).
As for fielders, there've been some fantastic moments from some of the South Africans, Sri Lankans and Australians (with Watson's runout from the boundary in the Super 8 match against South Africa the best single moment), and even the Bangladeshis and Irish - so I don't think any individual stands out as the best fielder.
So in summary, I don't think it's possible to isolate a single champion individual across all aspects of the game!
