Are many possibility's that depends on your computer but aslo to the other computer.
Video files contains a lot of data.
Here are some ways, and of course depends on both of the computers if they can receive/handle them.
Burn it on a CD.
Sent it by email, if the video clip is not larger then what the emails providers allow to transfer data. However you will also need a DSL,t-1,t-3 internet connection on both computers, or will take days and the PC might crash.
If is smaller then 1.5 MB copy it to a floppy disk and mail it.

If we are talking about sending over the Internet then you have to consider size.
small files - email would be fine but slow. Files should not be larger than 5 MB
Medium files - Try finding a program that splits the video file into smaller pieces so you can send by email.
OR
use Divx to convert the files into the size you desire. (warning: very large files converted into very small files will reduce quality of video DRASTICALLY)
OR
upload at www.youtube.com
Large files (more than 100MB) - Best option is set up your own FTP server (requires advanced knowledge in TCP/IP)
OR
host your video files as torrents (requires advanced knowledge of torrents)
OR
write the video files to a mini CD-R and mail it. (less than 120MB)
