why did purified water rust an iron nail quicker than salt water?

it is a proven fact that salt water is a better electrical conducter than distilled water. why did my nail rust quicker than 3 others, all with 4 mL of water each and 1,2 and 3mL of salt?

I'm positive it was distilled.

soulubility of oxygen is higher in disilited water, so more cathodic reactant result in more iron corrosion(rust)

Are you sure it was distilled ???
